- Apartment reservation:
a) Through the website Green Bay Morinj – greenbaymorinj.com, you have the opportunity to book apartments in the desired period.
b) The reservation of the apartment is considered valid only after confirming the reservation by the Green Bay Morinj team.
c) After you make a reservation, we will contact you to confirm availability and payment arrangements. - Reservation confirmation:
a) After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
b) The reservation confirmation contains details about the apartment, dates of stay, payment information. as well as a payment link. - Payment of reservation:
a) Payment for the reservation of the apartment is made after the confirmation of the reservation by the Green Bay Morinj team.
b) Reservation of the apartment requires payment of an advance in the amount of 20% of the total price or the possibility of payment in full. - Cancellation policy
The rules of refund of money for card payments on the website Green Bay Morinj (greenbaymorinj.com), owned by LD GROUP d.o.o., are as follows:
a) Refunds are generally not possible except in extreme cases.
b) If you wish to request a refund, please do so at least 15 days before your scheduled arrival.

If the payment is done using a foreign issuer’s payment card, the total amount of the transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of The Central Bank of Montenegro. Once when the transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.
